Most people don't know that there is a special McDonald's secret menu in Hawaii. That's right! There are a few secret menu items that can only be found in Hawaii. This one right here is the Portuguese Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and let me tell you, it's pretty tasty.

For no extra charge, they can swap out the standard sausage patty of a regular Sausage McMuffin with Egg for a spice-packed and flavorful Portuguese sausage slice! We actually preferred this version of the McMuffin most, even though some of the flavor of the Portuguese sausage was lost in the McMuffin. The Portuguese sausage was just so tasty on its own, that it really was the star of breakfast at McDonalds.
