Both these options will drop the total calorie count for your meal, but in completely different ways. The trim it option gets rid of up to 300 calories (carbohydrates) from the hamburger buns, while the Trim It option cuts out a lot of calories from fat, and just a few from protein. Another bonus is that you get a wheat bun, which is supposed to be healthier.

If you don't want to go all the way to the extent that trimming your burger would get you, there is another thing that you can try. It's not exactly the same, since Trim It gives you a chicken patty. However, there still is the chance that you can substitute your hamburger patty for a Turkey patty.
